Collection: Pinot Range

Unconventional pinot blends.

We do Pinot in three different shades here at Untitled wines—a red one, a white one, and a pink one (what the French call rosé). All three wines are a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc.

Once, we made a wine called Pinot Petit. It was Pinot Noir fermented with about 10% whole bunch Petit Verdot. It was a smashing wine. Sadly, it's all sold out now (although I still do have a few bottles in my private cellar). We'd love to do it again. But, all the stars have to align perfectly for a Pinot Noir ferment to be going the same time that some Petit Verdot is ripe enough to pick and throw into the mix.

We're always doing weird and wonderful stuff like that at Untitled Wines. Make sure you scroll down and sign up to our email list so you don't miss out on the next tasty one off wine.
